Delete your TreePassport account

The fastest option is in the Android app: sign in, open Account, choose Delete account, and confirm with your password.

If you cannot access the app, email admin@treepassport.org from the address on your account with the subject “TreePassport account deletion request”. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.

What is deleted

Your login, authentication tokens, private profile, group memberships, and associated private account data are deleted. Staff accounts require review by another administrator.

What may be retained

Verified public restoration records may be retained in anonymized form to protect registry integrity and prevent duplicate environmental claims. Transaction records may be retained where required by tax, fraud-prevention, or other legal obligations.
